Q:  What are our hours?

A:  We are open  weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.   We are  also available after hours and on weekends.  Additional charges  may apply for  work done on weekends.

QWhat do we charge for  off-hours workI

A:  With  few exceptions, we  do not charge  for After-Hours work.  We often prefer to  work after-hours  to be the  least  disruptive to your  business.  We do  not  charge  for  this  kind of  work.  If we have  a significant  project that requires  after-hours work, we may mutually agree ahead  of time, that there will be an after-hours  charge.

Q:  How quickly do you respond to client calls?

A:  Our policy is a 24-hour turn around on phone calls and email to our contact  page.  In most cases, we respond within 4 hours.

A:  Yes, we provide Cyber Security Services to meet your need.  We provide Next Generation Firewalls, Endpoint protection.  XDR (Extended Detection and Response and ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access).  These are the latest in available solutions.
